Cell phone is the item, which is very useful to contact the other person during emergency situations. Thus, cell phone should be fully charged, as it can be beneficial in those cases.
10. Registration and insurance card
In case of accident or pulled out by authorities, registration or insurance card is required. Therefore, keep the copy of it, at home and in car trunk as well.
