America’s 2012 top 10 expensive cars

Edmunds calculated the America’s 2012 top 10 most expensive cars. According to this Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG takes top credit as the most expensive of them all with a “true cost of ownership” of $245,469 in addition to the gullwing supercars of $210,875 MSRP.
